Fees

  • Fee per party: £250
    Length of mediation: 4 hours
    Extra hours (per party): £75

  • Fee per party: £500 / £750
    Length of mediation: 4 / 8 hours
    Extra hours (per party): £100

  • Fee per party: £1,500
    Length of mediation: 8 hours
    Extra hours (per party): £175

All fees are negotiable and agreed in advance. The fee is payable at least 36 hours before the mediation and includes preparation time.

Where there are more than two parties, the per-party fee structure may vary depending on the nature of the dispute. The value of any counterclaim should be added to the claim value to determine the applicable fee band. If it becomes apparent during the mediation that the claim value is higher than anticipated, Stella reserves the right to adjust the fee accordingly.

For disputes outside these bands or cases with particular complexity, fees are available on request.
