I qualified as a Civil and Commercial Mediator with ADR Group in 2006. I am also a practising Litigation Solicitor, having begun my legal career in 1980 with the British Rail Legal Department before moving into private practice in London and Cambridge.
I am a registered member of the Civil Mediation Council and a Clerksroom Commercial Mediator. I hold professional indemnity insurance of up to £1,000,000.

I work as a Consultant Solicitor with a multi-office firm based in Braintree, Essex. With over 25 years of experience in high street civil litigation and more than 20 years in property management, I have a swift grasp of the relevant issues across a wide range of cases — particularly property disputes including boundary, right of way, and landlord and tenant matters, as well as breach of contract, partnership, professional negligence, contentious probate, and neighbour disputes.
